COMMERCIAL & RESIDENTIAL FIRE SPRINKLER SERVICE
Fire Sprinklers have been the most effective form of fire protection for decades, but they must be inspected, tested and maintained in accordance with the requirements of the NFPA, National Fire Protection Association and the Authority Having Jurisdiction. Our sprinkler test, inspection and maintenance program is carried out in accordance with the code requirements set forth in the NFPA and the requirements of the local authority.
At 5 year intervals your sprinkler system is due for a back flush service, Appendix III C test which we can do the same time as your regular service, as well as check your anti-freeze loops, or make any modifications you may need due to remodeling.
FIRST AID AND SAFETY SALES & SERVICE
OSHA requires that all business have a first aid kit with certain item always in stock. We carry a full line of first aid and can stock your first aid cabinet with the supplies you need. We can come to your business weekly, monthly, quarterly or whenever you need us. We have all types of kits for sale from big industrial first aid cabinets and stations, to small vehicle kits. All of our products have been approved by the American Medical Association (AMA) and meets all OSHA, and OR-OSHA requirements.
BACKFLOW TESTING
On an annual basis, the state requires all residential and commercial backflows be tested by a certified technician. Our backflow technicians have completed all the requirements and have been certified by the state to test your backflow devices. Once entered, our computer database saves your information including the location of each of your backflows so when they are due for testing we can call and remind you before the state does.
FIRE HYDRANT TESTING AND REPAIRS
Most Jurisdictions require flow testing hydrants on a periodic basis. We can do that for you.
