    Responsibilities

    We are seeking a full-time experienced fire protection professional to join and lead our growing team as a Fire Extinguisher Technician.  The ideal candidate will be pivotal in delivering on our service promise to our customers by ensuring that all Fire Extinguisher equipment is in proper working order and meets the local, state and federal compliance codes.  


    General Duties

    • Conduct Fire Extinguisher inspections by recording, documenting, and providing recommendations to customers 
    • Perform the necessary services, repair, installation, refilling of Fire Extinguishers at customer premises
    • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, submittals, specifications, schematics, and operational product manuals to assist customers in the inspection, modification, installation and/or repair of fire systems
    • Conduct and oversee inspection of fire extinguishers in accordance with NFPA 10
    • Assist and collaborate with the Repair Team in recommending repairs to be performed on the fire systems, as needed
    • Perform on-site emergency troubleshooting and repairs as may be needed

    General Duties

    • Perform Fire Extinguisher testing, repair and re-charging of various extinguisher types
    • Conduct mandated internal cylinder inspections and hydrostatic testing as required in accordance with local, state, and federal codes
    • Assist with periodic equipment calibrations and maintenance as needed

    General Duties

    • Provide guidance, mentorship, and training opportunities to team members in the field

    We are seeking an experienced hands-on leader in the fire protection industry to join and lead our growing Fire Sprinkler Systems Installation & Repair team. This is a full-time position requiring experience in overseeing and project managing multiple fire system installation(s), repairs and/or modifications, and coordinating with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a key contributor in the bidding process, directing junior personnel, and guiding team members in their continuing development.


    General Duties

    • Lead the installation repair of fire sprinkler and ancillary systems including underground pipping, etc., in accordance with NFPA 13/13R/13D, NFPA 14/15/16, NFPA 20/22, NFPA 24 and working knowledge of NFPA 25, as well as other localized standards as may be required.
    • Provide recommendations and repairs to be performed on fire protection systems, as needed.

    We are seeking an experienced full-time Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our growing team.  The ideal candidate will be a self-driven ‘go-getter’ and masterful in logistics. The candidate will play a key role in helping to coordinating inspections, repairs and reporting requirements amongst our customers, technical team members and vendors.  The ideal candidate must have excellent customer service skills be comfortable communicating with our customers, be flexible and agile, able to collaborate across internal and external teams.


    General Duties

    • Engage and communicate directly with current and prospective customers to schedule fire life safety system inspections (sprinkler systems, suppression systems, fire extinguishers, back-flow devices)
    • Work directly with our customers to coordinate periodic inspections and/or repairs, as needed, by scheduling technicians to ensure timely and efficient customer service
    • Maintain and assist with managing ticketing application and workflow levels for the field technicians
    • Assist with establishing and ensuring uniformity of customer correspondence in accordance with company policies and procedures
    • Review completed work and assist accounting/billing team with customer invoicing as needed
    • Advise customers where applicable regarding company products, services, and/or code compliance testing required
    • Work with field technical teams to assist in resolving scheduling, work-order issues and/or accessing work sites including return trips and/or multi-period projects
    • Assist with ordering parts and ensuring timely delivery and/or coordination of parts pick- up as needed
    • Prepare timely service tickets and communicate with technical teams on daily tasks, short-term and medium-term tasks
    • Develop and maintain good relationships with customers with the desire of delivering stellar service
    • Other general duties and responsibilities as may be assigned

    Ideal Candidates Requirements

    • 3+ years of experience in some combination of customer service/call-center environment/project management and/or technical dispatching
    • Knowledge of fire systems and/or safety systems, a plus, but not required 
    • Proficiency in using multiple mediums for communications amongst internal teams, customers, and vendors (telephone, social media, texts, email), a major plus
    • Experience working with ERP software applications – creating work orders, change orders and modifications as needed
    • Experience working with Office 365 suite of products (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.), knowledge of SharePoint a plus
    • Ability to multi-task, identify and solve problems, be flexible and adapt to change in a fast-paced environment
    • Attention to details and documentation precision, a must
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to communicate with technicians while translating in ‘laymen’ terms to our customers, a must

    Responsibilities


    We are seeking a part-time (24-32 hours per week) office professional to join our growing team as a Collection & Administrative Assistant.  The ideal candidate will be a self-driven ‘go-getter’, highly organized, able to engage with the customers to conduct payment reminder calls, dispute resolution, and support the growing administrative need of a growth-oriented Specialty Contractor.  The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting collection initiatives, dispute resolution and administrative needs of the organization. In addition to collection initiative, the ideal candidate will wear many ‘hats’ supporting various aspects of the back-office operations. 


    General Duties


    • Responsible for collection initiatives and outreach to bring past due accounts current,
    • Maintain clear and professional communication with customers throughout various channels of communication,
    • Assist customers by providing invoices, account statements, payment resolution issues and other information as needed,
    • Conduct invoice dispute resolution, assist with negotiating and establishing payment plans as needed,
    • Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing issues, payment discrepancies and/or other related matters,
    • Support outside collection agencies/attorneys with collection matters as needed,
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date collection records of client interactions, payment agreements, and collection activities,
    • Generate regular reports on collection activities, provide and communicate suggestions to management,
    • Support compliance reporting across various jurisdictions as needed/instructed,
    • Assist with office/accounting support, scheduling, coordinating office events, and team meetings as needed,
    • Assist with special projects as assigned,
    • Work collaboratively with other team members, assist with service needs to walk-in customer, 
    • Other general duties and responsibilities as may be assigned.
